What I Learned This Week

I learned that my Youngest One behaves quite differently at preschool than at home and even at Church. I was told that at preschool, she is one of few who are exemplary in their conduct and eagerness to learn. She’s naturally curious that’s true, and loves inquiring about things, which we all love. But then I was also told that she’s always gracious in her ways among her friends. Wow. Now how about more of that for us at home Sweetheart hmm?

I learned that when I embark on a project at home, like baking birthday cakes and revising with the Children for an upcoming school test, is the time to get some help with household duties. Thank God that while this realization just dawned on me, my superhero Husband came to the rescue and lifted weights around the house. I love him so.

I learned that our local cocoa works just as well in cakes and desserts as those imported ones. Good yet cheap. Sabah is the region’s leading cocoa producer after all. No sense breaking the bank getting them cocoa then.

Now y’all know how I love Musings and the life lessons she shares with the blogosphere. Go check her out on her latest edition of WILTW. ;-)
